Transparent and All-Inclusive Pricing

Our pricing structure at Bespoke is extremely rare in the event industry, offering full transparency from the outset of our partnership to the culmination of the program. It's a fully inclusive model designed to cater to meetings of scale. Based on the complexity of each project, Bespoke’s management cost is generally between 15 to 25% of overall expenditures, whether billed as a percentage of the program costs, or a per person, per day model. We also maintain flexibility to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace, tailoring our approach to meet the distinct needs of each program, and honoring volume discounting. Whether serving Fortune 50 corporations or local non-profits, we consistently deliver high-quality, purposeful programs.

  • Option to manage ALL program costs and contracts (Comprehensive Pay)*

  • No markups, hidden fees or pricing surprises

  • Complimentary accommodation sourcing support, regardless of program management
